Brothers and their Silhouettes met via Zoom to bring in 2021. The evening began on the Kappa Red Carpet as Polemarch Anthony Bradley and Silhouette Elaine Kinloch served as hosts.

Brothers from our chapter were well represented at Bethel AME Church Scholarship Day on Sunday October 20, 2019. Through our chapter and individual donations we contributed $675.00 to their scholarship fund. Fifteen brothers and the AAYI Kappa Foundation contributed to these donations. We thank God for this successful event.
Congratulations to Brother Dr. Brandon Gordon and Brother Aringtor Hicks who were honored by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Delta Psi Omega Chapter. They were honored during the Men of Achievement event on October 12, 2019. Brother Gordon was honored as a Trailblazer and Brother Hicks was honored for his numerous community service contributions.
On Sunday, September 22, 2019, the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti-Inkster Alumni Chapter joined the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. According to the Alzheimer’s Association this event is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. The Alzheimer’s Association was sponsor of the walk, which is held in 600 communities throughout the
