The chapter participated in a Career Fair hosted by Romulus High School on Thursday, November 14. This event was coordinated by Brothers Roger Doster and Melvin Roper. The former principal of Romulus High School is Brother Hal Heard. Brother Roper addressed science, and human relation skills while Brother Doster addressed how to improve your current study habits and working at a college or university. Brother Kinloch focused on engineering/technical career opportunities and requirements. Brother Andre Stringfellow talked about life skills. The audience was primarily 10th and 12th graders. The purpose of the career day was to assist in preparation for college and to provide gap assistance such as Community College. In total, approximately 30 presenters — not all Kappa Men — attended, representing their occupations.
